Update: Board of Directors of Mariswe (Pty) Ltd & Mariswe Holdings (Pty) Ltd

Following our Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 12 February 2025, we are pleased to announce the appointment of three new directors: Zain Shiekh, Zwe Msomi, and Jaco Heyl. We warmly welcome them to the Board of Mariswe (Pty) Ltd and Mariswe Holdings (Pty) Ltd, respectively, for a two-year term. They join our existing directors - Pondy Ngxongxela, Sandra Munnik, Tracy Naidoo, and Nonkululeko Sindane. As the Board of Directors, they will continue to provide leadership and strategic guidance to the company.
