COMPANY STRUCTURE

The board of directors is responsible for the overall management of the company with the CEO (Nonkululeko Sindane),
assisted by an executive committee (exco) and management team, managing day-to-day issues.

A management committee includes senior management of Mariswe across all regions and divisions.
