Asset management should be formalised to ensure its uptake and application in an organisation. The development of an asset management strategy, action plan, management plan, operations and maintenance plan, forms part of such a process, which is an iterative process.

An organisation has to review and amend its plans informed by historic and current asset management information, but also its future obligations or goals.

ASSET PROCUREMENT ASSISTANCE

Mariswe develops detailed specifications for the procurement of asset management systems or physical assets that align with an organisation’s business requirements, ensuring a streamlined and effective procurement process.
