The new state-of-the-art multi-storey office building for UWP Consulting (Pty) Ltd and other companies was constructed with raft foundation and concrete columns, finished off with stone cladding.
A suspended slab and steel rafters support the roof structure, with clip-lock roof covering. A wooden deck was incorporated in the design for staff meals and company functions.
The front of the building has a glass facade to provide maximum exposure to the attractive gardens and ponds.
