The purpose of the project was to increase the value benefits of the site through a long-term lease arrangement involving the design, construction, and financing of EB2 and EB3 within the Innovation Hub. The development comprised a two-storey building with some 5 693 m² gross building area.
Phase 1 involved the feasibility study including needs and space planning analyses, input to due diligence of the preferred option and costing and procurement planning.
Phase 2 required input to the procurement documentation and evaluation of the private sector bidders’ proposals, input into the selection of a preferred bidder and input as required during negotiations and financial close.
