Update: Board of Directors of Mariswe (Pty) Ltd & Mariswe Holdings (Pty) Ltd

Following our Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 12 February 2025, we are pleased to announce the appointment of three new directors: Zain Shiekh, Zwe Msomi, and Jaco Heyl. We warmly welcome them to the Board of Mariswe (Pty) Ltd and Mariswe Holdings (Pty) Ltd, respectively, for a two-year term.

They join our existing directors – Pondy Ngxongxela, Sandra Munnik, Tracy Naidoo, and Nonkululeko Sindane. As the Board of Directors, they will continue to provide leadership and strategic guidance to the company. We wish the Board success in its mandate to lead, grow, and safeguard the interests of Mariswe, its employees, and stakeholders. We are confident in their ability to drive Mariswe forward.

We also extend our sincere gratitude to Louis Uys, our outgoing director, for his valuable contributions during his tenure. We appreciate his dedication and wish him success in his ongoing roles within the company.
