EXECUTIVE MANAGER: WATER AND SANITATION

Jaap van Wyk has been appointed as the Executive Manager: Water and Sanitation – East London with effect from 01 January 2024.

Jaap van Wyk is a Professional Engineering Technologist with more than 26 years’ experience in the municipal engineering sector. He has 18 years of experience at a senior managerial level. His key experience includes the following:

• • Project and programme management
  • Financial management
  • Contract management

o   Management of multi-disciplinary projects

• • Procurement for engineering projects
  • Water engineering
  • Municipal infrastructure projects.

Jaap has been with Mariswe since January 2015 and is currently the Executive Manager: Cradock.
