QUALITY MANAGEMENT IS KEY
Following another successful ISO 9001:2015 audit result in July 2020, Mariswe’s CEO Nonkululeko Sindane has paid tribute to the firm’s robust quality management processes and controls. Mariswe’s QMS was re-certified as compliant with ISO 9001:2015 and no non-conformities were raised.

Because of the importance of QMS in Mariswe, its responsibility has been placed at senior executive level. “QMS has come through for us as a dependable business framework and will do the same for any firm that puts in the hours to make it work,” says Sindane.
